HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select an item you like then select size and click “add to cart” then continue shopping or be directly taken to “checkout” to complete your purchase. After you have made any changes and/or update the quantities as desired, click “check out” to complete your order.
HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order has been placed. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions via email at info@defyeast.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
You can check your order status by clicking on “order status” located at the top of our website. If you would like to check your order on a mobile device you can find the “order status” tab on the mobile menu located to the left of our logo.
HOW CAN I TELL IF AN DEFY EAST ITEM ON EBAY OR AMAZON IS FAKE?
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. Some of our most commonly faked products are reimagined graphics that we create to pay homage to groups such as the Black Panther Party, but we have seen other Defy East products faked. If you have concerns over whether the product is authentic please send detailed photographs to info@defyeast.com and someone will verify as soon as they can.
