Please note: We do not accept returns for Defy East products not purchased from Defy East. To cancel or change an order you must contact service@defyeast.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
LIMITED EDITION ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED FOR A REFUND.
Item(s) purchased from Defy East must be returned at the customer’s expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Notice must be given to service@defyeast.com within 2 days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with the printed receipt when returned.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
EXCHANGES
We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from Defy East and would like a different color, size, or style a new order will need to be placed with the unwanted item(s) returned for a refund. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 1-2 business days of us receiving the return.
